Starve the Beast is relatively easy to do - just don't lose reapers, build up a group of about 20 something, and kite it down. You have a ton of time to dodge the attack
Rocket Queen does require a bit of focus on macro - marines with +1 and medics (both upgrades in the armory on both units) make relatively quick work of the defenses around the map. Reload to grab the artifacts after.
I've applied some video speed up to the last two missions for the irrelevant portions of the mission. If you want to see it done, you can play the video back at 25% speed to get it back to real time. These two achievements are pretty easy and shouldn't cause any issues.

All missions in this video were done on Hard difficulty.
