0Crab Champions is a fast paced shooter with roguelike elements in development. The movement system is really well done, the combat is enjoyable and the moment to moment gameplay is fun. If you enjoy rogue-like games or just movement based combat games you'll enjoy this game. There are somethings that are left to be desired like having more stuff in main lobby, or being able to pick racing levels from the main lobby. However, these are planned for in the future and the game is currently in early access. Crab Champions is awesome, and I recommend it even though I tend to dislike the phrase "roguelite" or "roguelike" immediately with how flooded the market has become. This game overcomes my negative bias with slick arena shooter gameplay. There's not much in the way of between rounds progression, beyond unlocking new base weapons. This also means the game isn't so over tuned that you have to grind multiple playthroughs for success. If you have the luck and skill you could get a win on your first run. Hope you enjoy my video.
