If you hit a blue mono with sprinklers they will reproduce. I thought why not try to see what limits we can hit and break the game by just keep reproducing them. I was a little disappointed with the results.

I built a huge structure to store all my monos and set it up to duplicate them with sprinklers. The plan worked perfectly but the game also did what it needed to do to prevent me from breaking the game.

At a fairly quick pace I reached the limit of the number of mobs allowed on one island. I even tried building this on an empty island hoping this would go crazy but it quickly stopped reproducing the blue monos.

You might be able to use this setup as an XP farm. That would require more testing but it could be a viable XP farm as your monos would keep duplicating and you could just keep killing them.

I even tried throwing down a merchant and a helicopter and the game wouldn't allow it. Maybe the PC (Steam) version has higher caps and I just hit the Xbox limit early?
