Often dubbed as one of the hardest C1 levels, Slippery Climb is definitely no cake walk.

After a few trials and errors, I got the hang of it and got the last colored gem. Well, that wasn't as bad as I thought, but then again, the remaster made the controls run like butter.

And yes, if you die before reaching a checkpoint, you can still get the colored gem. If you die and respawn at a checkpoint, then you can't get the colored gem. However, for white gems, you can die as often as you want.

I died at 0:30 or so to prove it.
