176The next underwater level, the last one, and like Droid Void and Crashteroids before it, has nothing to do with the weather at all.
It's a bit harder than Sea Shell Shenanigans and the underwater section of H2 Oh No. Like the start of that level, you start this one off in a Yellow Submarine, but later on, you go through a tight tunnel that destroys your sub and force you to don your scuba diving gear, again, just like the first half of SSS.
You're better off this way, because now the Death Tornado Spin works underwater, too, letting you swim at a fast pace for a few uninterrupted seconds. Use this well to help you get this level's Crystal and Gem in no time!
