This is how you skip the Crunch (and N.Brio) boss fight, which is mission 16 and 17. In case you missed it, it was the jump over the gate. You can do it while you fight the sludges there aswell, but you'll need to activate the big TNT's and wait until the fire disappears.
Mission 10 appears on the mission tracker just because I did a different skip earlier, but it turns out it's impossible to finish the game with that other skip.
If you can, you should keep the Rhinoroller until the end of the game, you can skip a lot of annoying things with it. I've already done a speedrun with this trick, with the time of 1:51:49, right here: http://www.twitch.tv/foreverbetam/c/2548702
