For this part of the level I would have expected more like more of the machines from Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. But they brought back the floating holographic camera devices.

As Crash happens to find a way to get up to the lab Cortex has happened to just come across some penguins that are screwed over on their money as they was expecting but for sure he should have payed them back, back in "Wrath of Cortex" but Cortex repays them back but not by money.. Nope.. By gunning one of them down giving them a facefull of laser beams
