The collisions of hazards in this stage are rather large, so be careful with them. The same applies to all rising/lowering orange barriers. Do not try to hop off the enemy before the crates, as while the doublejump to bounce off the crate and then reach the platforms is very precise, the enemy seems to harm you more often than not, so it's not a good option, though I might be missing something. Do a low jump for the next orange barrier and take out the bottom crates with a spin.
Don't be afraid of double jumping over the shield enemies and be careful with platforms, as their cycle (I believe they work on one?) can definitely mess with you. Activate TNT near time crates whenever you can, and keep dodging obstacles while destroying crates - after this point, the stage is rather straightforward for the most part.
Some of the aerial crates can be destroyed by spinning, but I chose the safer option of just getting them normally. The mask crates are best destroyed with a short spin so it doesn't turn into a glide jump, but alas, I messed up.
