Open up the track file (for example ADVENT1.RCF for Tiki Turbo)
First, look for "SetTierTopSpeed" and set all 3 to 999.
Next, you're gonna have to change the following values for every car in the file:
SetMaxTorque
SetMaxTorqueWithTurbo
SetMaxRPM
SetDownShiftRPM
SetUpShiftRPM
SetTopSpeedKph - set to 999
SetTopSpeedKphWithTurbo - set to 999
Higher Torque values increase acceleration, while higher RPM values increase the "bumping".
