This is the Social Experiment City where subscribers each own a house and have a say in the politics, design and urban planning of the districts. A proposal has been mandated to build a Trillionaire a luxury island and the services for the nearby districts that the trillionaire promised in order to get his private island through planning process. An expressway, elevated motorway has also been promised - but I envisage a whole array of issues that could occur.
