Wednesday night meditation at Dhammaloka Centre with Dennis Sheppard. This subject will explore the primordial rhythms we can all feel inside our bodies. We will explore the idiomatic nature of the archetypes humanity sees in creation, and the cultural stories surrounding them. Importantly this will be juxtaposed against the rhythms and practice to allow letting go.

These ongoing guided meditation classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators and offer an opportunity to ask questions in person or via live chat.
