The Plugin is "Resting". Why I think this happens is because for the animations set in Custom to work, your character might have to be moving. A more bizarre yet quite possible reason could be that the animation "IDs" were simple screwed up animations in early development, I expected 1-5, etc, to be simple walking or skilling actions, as that's where you should start. I'm not sure but I'd love to know.
The Plugin is very nice and adds some nice flavor to your character in a small but fun way, I recommend it.
