Cricket Maths, custom characters and more in PAGE 6 ISSUE 3!
Inspired by @FunFactorPod's recent launch, I decided to return to the world of classic computer magazines, picking up where we left off with issue 3 (May/June 1983) of PAGE 6 magazine. For those new to the channel, this was the UK's first dedicated Atari magazine, which began life as a club newsletter and soon got grand ambitions to be a nationwide magazine. It lasted until 1998, with a decent stint on actual newsstands midway through its run.
This issue is from its early subscription-only days, when it was still finding its feet, looking for regular contributors and working as part of the Birmingham User Group, or BUG. We take a look at the news, reviews and type-in listings from this early issue of what would become the longest-running Atari computer magazine in the world!
