Join Croc as he embarks on a journey to rescue the Gobbos from the villainous Baron Dante. Now In stunning HD with updated graphics, modern analog controls with an enhanced camera, and visual effects, the classic 3D platformer leaps from the 1990s into the present day. Croc is better and cuter than ever!
Leap, stomp, climb, swim, tailspin, wiggle, and ker-splat your way through the vibrant, colorful environments, meeting and defeating Dante's hordes of impish Dantinis and a cast of weird and wonderful transformed creatures along the way.
Argonaut the company behind making Croc specifically uses the phrase ‘remaster’ here and not ‘remake’, so in terms of foundational gameplay elements, this will probably be the same spiritual experience released in 1997, only with powered-up aesthetics and a few much needed quality-of-life tweaks, mostly. I say mostly, because the HD release will also include a bevy of interesting bonus content not found in the older PlayStation, Saturn or PC versions
