Don't worry, the advice part of this video is only the first ten or so minutes, after that it's Free For All gameplay using the EBR-14, the MK 2 and the KAR 98.
To unlock the new Crossbow you need to get 5 kills in each of 25 games, using a Marksman Rifle equipped with a reflex scope, but if you play FFA and cycle through the three guns, you'll get better at headshots and have a whole lot of fun doing it.
