Welcome back to the channel!
After a long time out on the road, visiting random towns trying to find an edge. Heading in every direction just trying to find a foothold that isn't overrun or barren, Earl finally decided to take a day off and just catch up. A very well deserved one too.
It's been a good few months now since we left Ashenwood, leaving behind a solid food supply, a stable farm and a nice humble settlement. Earl hasn't had anywhere near that stability since we upped sticks and left. Not until now anyway. We have gas, a means of cooking even if it is reliant on materials we can find, we have a pond to fish and gather as much food as we need until winter hits, and now we have a farm. A farm that will hopefully tie us over until the end of the year, saving all of our tinned supplies for the harsher winter months. I think it's time to start preparing for the long term.
