This level showcases basics for all glitches in the game. Starting with wall clipping at 2:07. Pick up the blue barrel, walk backwards into the corner aiming a bit to the right and drop the barrel to clip through. Might not work every time.
After the clip you need to do the fast swimming bug. To do this you need to open your nanosuit menu before falling into water and then closing it when you are underwater. Now you can hold sprint and then hold ADS to swim quickly without using energy. If you accidentally lose this glitch, you can perform it even in water by jumping out, opening the menu and then closing it after landing.
Third glitch is swimming in the air at 2:48. There is a column of water on the map there (it's there because during normal gameplay there's a sewer in that position) and you can swim into it to gain height by aiming a bit upwards. You can keep this height after exiting the water IF you don't go too close to the surface of said water column. Going too high will cause you to fall back down once you exit the water. Gaining enough height allows you to jump back into the map.
