Crysis 3 edited moments (recommended game)
0I still prefer Crysis 1's free roam style gameplay. The Nanosuit is more powerful in Crysis 2-3 but the Nanosuit MK1 felt more agile, flexible, delicate but versatile
that speed mode going off a ramp +bazooka spam mid air+ strength mode landing was awesome.
If I can replicate that move, I'll footage it.
But CRYSIS 3, the graphics still look great, the suit packs a punch, some decisions in the story try too hard to be a Hollywood movie but it's immersive, the Ceph aren't scary but they sound badass as fuck (I need to extract their audio samples lmfao) and I like the focus on Prophet, a talking mc instead of another silent warrior.
The only time I like silent mc's is Dead Space 1, that worked, in a game like Crysis, I like a protagonist with a personality.
The gameplay is fun, they try to push these crossbow, didn't like it my first time, but it's really a good weapon.
Wish the enemies, Ceph specifically were more dynamic in A.I, feels like they should be moving more aggressively, like LEFT 4 Dead Special infected. Those things felt like a threat.
And because they turned them into Transformer knockoffs, they lack the the otherworldly aesthetic they had in the 1st game.
You could tell me the ceph were just mutated squids in a gov. lab and i'd believe you.
But they're definitely harder to kill than humans.
Not my fav Crysis game, but a fun time. Not a fan of the direction since Crysis 1 but this was way more fun & cinematic than I remember.
