Adjust Image Settings Use the advanced 3D image settings
Manage 3D -- Program Settings CS2
Configure Surround PHYSX GTX 1070 TI
Adjust Desktop Size And Position -- Full-Screen Perform Scaling GPU Highest Refresh Rate
STEP 2:
Windows Game Mode most of times ON is the best for every pc, but test for yourself i'm using ON.
Graphics Performance
Hardware Accelerated GPU most of times OFF is the best for every pc, but test for yourself i'm using it on OFF.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\bin\win64
Add CS2, and set it to highest performance
STEP 3:
Activate CMD energy scheme ultimate performance with this command: powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61
STEP 4 Enjoy better FPS at CS2, if you did everything correctly. :)
