(SMT off, FCLK 2200MHz) + (34-45-45-48, 58ns) + (3150MHz, 1050mV, 50% FAN, +10% PL),
(4:3 1280x960 @ 240Hz) + (500Hz, 800 dpi * 0.5 sens = 400 edpi) + (SOCD on A/D, alumaze, jade switch, white jade caps)

I removed "alternative fully pressed behavior" (AFPB) for faster counter strafing

Try the following if possible,
1. only kbd and mouse click (no mouse movement)
2. kbd and slight mouse movement & click
3. kbd and wide mouse movement & click

a lot of training videos don't focus on kbd that can make u to reduce mouse aim time
