ps was seeing others with this same issue so i decided to try and fix it myself its basically the old way of doing it for csgo but you have to click force now. Also I just wanted to help the Csgo community out since I know alot play In 4:3 with black bars
Also If you want counter-strike 2 you need prime matchmaking for the Invite

If you need help go to (amd adrenaline) settings then display and then fullscreen at scale mode
-INTEL USERS HELP -
Intel graphics control panel then display then change it to something else/ the stretch option needs to be turned off
