So Valve today announced a few changes to CS:GO - The main one that stood out to me was the awp change and lowering the movement speed while scoped with awp and autosnipers.

In this video I take a look at the changes and give my opinion aswell as some suggestions to what would improve the situation.

Summary of proposed changes :

Make quick scoping and no scoping more consistent and a viable option as opposed to having to scope and move around corners.

OR have the movement speed while zoomed be fast but slow down after a second of moving or after moving more than a set amount of distance.
