I had this project in mind since 2017.

With CS:GO's reign coming to an end, if I wanted to do this project, it was now or never...

The problem was that a bunch of HL2 maps didn't work, and I struggled to either rework them or find replacements.
I've reworked maps through CS:GO's Hammer, and found replacement maps in CS:S, HL2:DM, or GMod.

I varied the weapon skins as much as possible, to alternate between expensive skins and skins that fit well with other maps.

There was no music in the maps, except for the broken bridge of d2_coast_08, who knows why... I had to add all the music myself. I even added the music from the Half-Life 2 trailers from E3 2003 and 2004!

I tried to do a clean edit with Vegas Movie Studio 17 and... Windows Movie Maker. Why bother with complex editing tools? However, I'm not always satisfied with the transitions between the different maps.

There is no combat in the videos because I don't know how to carry the characters as they should. May those who complain deign to do better... Think of this video as a walk through the maps of Half-Life 2, but in CS:GO. A kind of last stand for the latter.
