Porsche GT2 RS Weissach has a very specific setup of parts to be able to accomplish good sprints. This can be frustrating because if you are missing the specific stage 6s or enough fusions, this car will not finish sprints in Tempest 3 or even in some cases Tempest 2.

I don't really recommend this car for Tempest because the fusions are hard to get and there are simply many more better tier 5 choices. But I want to at least help you understand what you will need to do the Sprints.

S6 Tire and Trans are critical upgrades. Nos is not even needed. Body S6 will help if you have Tire and Trans as well. The rest is only helpful to a very little degree.
