Set any video you like between boot and startup. Some peoples call this boot video, some call it startup, but its not.

Recorded with a phone because of restarts and so you can see im using it as a real software on my true computer, it means its not a scam or so. If it wont set your video at startup, try to run it as administrator.

Download: https://workupload.com/file/T4KzeYd

Requirements:
230MB of Disk Space
64Mb/sec Disk Speed
64MB of RAM (for 1080p), 256MB (for 4k)

It comes with several intro videos in 720p, 1080p and 4k: Alienware, AMD Radeon, AMD, Asus, ATi, Intel, nVidia, PlayStation 1, 2 and 4, ROG, Umbrella Corp., Universal Video, XBOX, XBOX ONE and default video.
Intro files are located in Intro folder of cStart, its smart to move them out, because cStart doesnt allow all systems to go there with cStart. However, YouTube are full of videos you can download and set, or you probably have your own one.

Use ESC key to cancel a video at any time.

You can remove sound from the video if its detected (if you like quiet video for your corporation in office or so).

You can set any video you like, including movies. In this case, if you want to avoid long processing time, start.bin can be replaced with any video your system can run (have codecs), or simply let cStart to process it.

cView will play whats in start.bin, if there are any error (unable to play it), cView will show black screen (hit ESC).

For XP users only:
Support are dropped, but it may work fine.
After installation fail, check partition (such as C:\ZAP!SOFT\) if installation was launched from C: partition. Its portable, so you can move folder anywhere you like. Launch main.exe to finish installation.
Some XPs doesnt support Microsoft native media or its broken by monitor or VGA drivers, in this situation, if cView doesnt showing anything of a video, you have to install codecs.

To uninstall/remove it, you have to delete shortcut at desktop (appear after installation), cStart folder from start menu (appear every time you launch cStart) and cStart folder where its located (%AppData%\Local\ZAP!SOFT\cStart\).
Before you delete it, dont forget to uncheck "Video at startup", to avoid log in problems if cView doesnt exist.

Limitations:
Up to 64Mb bitrate, 2.1 sound, WMAv2 limit, at Windows 10 DirectShow supports up to 8k resolution, native Windows WMVv2 only up to 4k, it doesnt have anything to do with cStart and Microsoft will increase this limitations in future, but keep in mind that older Windows OSes have their limits lower.

You can use cView as application for itself, its also stand-alone/portable, without cStart. cView launch any video located in start.bin to full screen while keeping aspect ratio. On ESC or when video ends, or if start.bin does not exist, cView will launch login process if you are not logged in (server users have to know this one).

I made this software, free for all, no ADS, but you have to accept ToS at installation (its actually extract, not a real installation, because i like stand-alone and portable applications like this one).

Enjoin.
