2The Woman is fishing at rusty lake. After discovering a magic tree, and performing a bizarre ritual, a corrupted soul escapes from the lake, and attacks her.
The Cube Escape/Rusty lake series follows a detective's investigation into the death of socialite Laura Vanderboom. The story skips across time and space to try and understand the influential and eccentric Vanerboom family. We may encounter corrupted souls, a variety of anthropomorphic human/animal hybrids, and more surreal phenomenon.
This is the second game in the iconic Cube Escape/Rusty Lake franchise, by Amsterdam indie studio Rusty Lake.
