Raelynn is a powerful zoning character with a LOT of burst potential thanks to Snipe. She is unique thanks to her speed (boots upgrade) and versatility; time rift alone can push, counter push, murder Derpl, block off areas, help you get away, help you catch up, and many other things. Snipe just kills people, but that's plenty enough.
