It's been a slow Survivor off season but this is a series I've been wanting to put together for a while now. Survivor has always been a social experiment from the very first season, and it has been a microcosm of society and a vessel for positive cultural conversations throughout its 20 year history. I think looking back and remembering various topical conversations concerning race, sexuality, gender, religion, and politics are important to keep in mind.
