Use Chaser and kill all enemies.
0:22 - Coin #1
Keep killing everything and then jump onto crabs's platforms on their heads.
0:37 - Coin #2
This coin is a bit difficult to collect, but if you jump and then use dash, you should make it onto the second crab.

Parry off of the buoy with eyes to collect this coin. Keep avoiding the giant cancer. You will be able to kill him soon enough.

Collect the coin then do some platforming. Once you land on purple octopus's head, you need to periodically hit purple gem that comes out of its head, otherwise the octopus goes underwater, while shooting and avoiding everything that comes close to you.
