All you have to do in Mausoleums is to parry all the ghosts. The generic strategy is to parry faster and bigger ghosts first. Once you get skilled enough, you can also parry multiple ghosts mid-air. As far as I know, patterns are random, so keep trying if you fail!
Mausoleum III is the most difficult Mausoleum and you really have to be fast and skilled enough to win it. There is not much I can advise other than practice, practice, practice.
