16i got tired of wishing forever they'd add dodge/burn to Painter so i took matters into my own hands. due to the way it works you can also apply textures with it, effectively creating new blending modes for Painter/Designer. kinda janky but it works (tm)
made specifically to match the levels adjustment tool in painter/designer, so you effectively get brush/per pixel level levels adjustment. very cool for painting lighting
