Custom items testing ground (Mario Kart 8 Deluxe)
2Wave 3 of the Booster Course Pass brought an unexpected yet awesome update to the game: finally being able to select which items are allowed in races! Even coins can be disabled, so a race where only skill matters is now possible.
I'm not here for skill, though, I'm all about crazy gimmicks, and I had to jump into the hype of trying different setups where only one item is allowed, and what better track than Baby Park.
I omitted a few items due to redundancy or them not being that interesting; sad to say that the Crazy Eight turned out not so crazy as expected.
Of all these, I'll admit the golden mushroom, Bullet Bill and spiny shells had me laughing the most, but they're all very enjoyable.
