Installation:
Unzip files to the "baseq3" folder under your Quake3 folder.
"Skin created using a shader which uses 4 different images of Matrix code moving at different speeds to give the scrolling effect of what the code looks like in Neo's eyes. Comes with 4 flavors, the default green, a see through green, and red and blue for teamplay uses. This uses the Bitterman model."
