This is a Pokémon Ruby customization (the Original Trainer ID of their choice!) where the buyer wanted a completely legit Eon Ticket transferred with the E Reader. In order to do this, I am playing through a brand-new Ruby save file until I beat my in-game Father, Norman (5th Badge Member!), and could unlock mystery event functionality. I did this, got the Eon Ticket, but then realized that I needed to progress much further into the story if I wanted to fulfill the goal/request of saving right in front of Latias. I would've needed to progress further beyond Groudon's encounter, but they also wanted to shiny hunt Groudon, so I got to work on other aspects of the customization, including custom Pokémon Eggs, and also rare Emerald clones of Pokémon that you can't find throughout normal Ruby Gameplay.
In this video I breed the Pokémon in my save file, catch Pokémon so that I can trade over in the customized file, and trade all the customized Eggs/Emerald clones onto the customized save file. In the end I also do some event stuff, like:
6:50:00- Transferring a legit Jirachi from the USA Pokémon Colosseum Bonus Disc
7:00:00- Transferring a legit Ageto Celebi from the Japanese Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc (and trading it over to my Pokeman Save File)
7:23:20- Getting DeepSeaTooth (and trading it over to my Pokeman Save File)
