Apparently one of a series, Axe 6 (presumably the sequel to Axe 5 and the prequel to Axe 7) is a gem of a level I found courtesy of DOOMWorld's randomiser feature!

Map designed by fellow Aussie Anthony Connor in 1997. Played in DOOM Retro: www.doomretro.com (also made by an Australian)

I give this highly enjoyable WAD 9/10.
