I've been testing a lot of Cyberpunk builds lately, and this is by far the most powerful I've found. Basic run down:

20 INT / 20 ENG / 20 COOL, rest of the attribute points dumped into reflexes for higher crit chance. Gun is the buzzsaw, built for high crit rate. The primary damage of the weapon comes from the shock legendary quick hack passive, so all that matters is high rate of fire and high crit rate. I don't have any reflex tree buffs to SMGs, as the shock passive gives me an excess of damage anyway. I use the rippler deck for fastest possible uploading and to make ultimate hacks jump targets. I also have synaptic burnout purely for the passive of making enemies panic when I use quick hacks to defeat people. Cool gets me bloodswell, solving this build's only problem of randomly getting one-shot, as well as several buffs to my sneakiness through the ninjutsu tree. Finally 20 ENG lets me craft all the best gear and equipment as well as get infinite money. Never leave home without 20 ENG.
