File modification update

One thing to note if modifying the

memory_pool_budgets

file causes issues and your game starts lagging put the
backup file back into the folder.
modifying this file may cause issues or may give you more performance it's entirely up to you.

In the same folder locate the platform folder and then click the pc folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\engine\config\platform\pc
Then click the rendering file
change the value from
[LevelOfDetail]\nDecalsHideDistance = 40.0
Another boost to FPS.
to this value
[LevelOfDetail]\nDecalsHideDistance = 20.0
