Cyberpunk 2077 is an action role-playing video game developed and published by CD Projekt. The story takes place in Night City, an open world set in the Cyberpunk universe. Players assume the first-person perspective as V, a mercenary whose voice, face, hairstyles, body type and modifications, background, and clothing are customisable. Stat categories—Body, Intelligence, Reflexes, Technical, and Cool—are influenced by the character classes that players assume, which are NetRunner (hacking), Techie (machinery), and Solo (combat). V must consult a "ripperdoc" to upgrade and purchase cyberware implants; black markets offer military-grade abilities. The rarity of any given equipment is shown by a coloured tier system. V can take cover, aim, run, jump, double jump, and slide. Melee strikes can be dealt with close-combat weapons.

01:30 🏆 V for Vendetta - After reviving with Second Heart, kill or incapacitate the enemy who killed you within 5 seconds [25/45]
Note: Making a manual save before attempting this trophy is highly recommended
For this trophy, you first need to buy the Second Heart implant for the Circulatory System Cyberware. This implant will instantly revive you to full health when you die or your health reaches 0% and it has a cooldown time of 2 minutes. The implant can be bought for 42,000 eurodollars from the Ripperdoc located in the Wellsprings area of Heywood district but it requires 16 Attribute Points into Body and street cred level 49 in order to buy it.
After you bought and equipped the Second Heart implant, it's time to move to the next step. Find a group of enemies and kill them but keep one alive and let him kill you. You will instantly get revived, so this is your chance to kill him as fast as possible within 5 seconds. If you have done it correctly, the trophy will unlock. A useful tip is to use a shotgun that can kill with 1 or 2 hits, or you can also make the enemy weak before you let him kill you.

Make a manual save before attempting this trophy to get back all of your items, cash, and attribute points.
To unlock this trophy, you first need to buy a Berserk Cyberware operating system. Such one can be bought from the Ripperdoc in Westbrook on Charter Hill called Biodyne Berserk MK.1, it costs 7,500 eurodollars and doesn't require a specific ability level. Next, you need to find 2 enemies standing next to each other. Stand on a higher elevation and activate the Cyberware by pressing L1 + R1 simultaneously then land between them. 2 enemies must be knocked or killed for the trophy to unlock.

This is one of the most complicated trophies in the game as you need to start a breach protocol within the game and successfully upload 3 sequences by solving a puzzle.
Before you start working on the trophy, it's recommended to do the following:
Buy an Operating System with a bigger Buffer size that gives you more space to choose another digit.
Buy "Big Sleep" and "Mass Vulnerability" perks from the "Breach Protocol" skill tree under "Intelligence" ability.
Find any security camera then create a quick save by pressing Options then Triangle so you can reload it if you failed because you only get 1 chance to hack the same camera. The sequence of the puzzle will always change so it can't be memorized.
Scan the camera by holding L1 then execute a breach protocol quickhack. Now here comes the tricky part, a new menu will show up with a minigame. On the left side of the menu is the list of daemons available to upload, you need to upload 3 daemons during a single breach for the trophy to unlock. To successfully upload a daemon, its sequence must appear in the Buffer area in the same order as shown on the right side of the menu and must not be interrupted by another digit.
