Cyberpunk 2077 With Only the Tinker Bell! DAY 2

In this Cyberpunk challenge I will be attempting to create the strongest build possible using only the Tinker Bell as my source of damage! Attributes, skills, perks, cyberware, etc. will not be limited as I'm attempting to create the strongest build possible. I will play through the base game & Phantom Liberty and the run ends when I complete Don't Fear the Reaper. The challenge will be done on Very Hard throughout the whole run. Since the Tinker Bell can not be obtained until later in Act 2, I will be using a mod to give myself one (it will be Tier 1) for the start of the run and once I get the actual weapon I will be using that for the rest of the time.
