CyberTD has a great ost, and the tower defense mixed with deckbuilding is a nice take on the genre. I do think that it would inevitably rely too much on getting a good hand, but that's just my personal opinion on how things go with deckbuilders. As you level up you'll get better cards in your hand which will in turn help you get further in the game, so ultimately I think it all works out in the mind.
