But seriously, the article mentions how Dragon Age 4 choices should matter more, as opposed to having great influence on the world or setting. This is one of the many problems Mass Effect 3 had.


Of course, it's by design, as Mass Effect 3 was a trilology, while the Dragon Age games are just a series of events. They change the protagonist in every case, so you can tell all sorts of stories. Dragon Age Inquisition Trespasser DLC ends with the Inquisition being disbanded, or being taken over by the Chantry. And we all know we're headed to Tevinter. Yay, elf/class/slavery conversations!


Provided they don't turn all the trees sentient, or have giant 2 kilometer tall mind controlling magical creatures policing thedas. Or the Enternal God King Warden watching over you all...or blowing up all magic forever...
