This is the hidden boss at the top of the Uranus tower in the Forest area, which takes a couple of hours to get to. The tricky part is keeping track of the "real" one when it splits; otherwise, you waste your attacks on a decoy. The part and weapon drops also aren't great. Anyway, my playthrough is a little messy and I have beaten him cleaner previously, but this was the one I captured.
