This was a no-spoilers attempt at the daily challenge on June 1 (May 31 in my timezone but the rollover is GMT where it just became June 1).
Several high variance decisions gave a very good seed. Summary:

I farmed sacrifice shrine in 1-1 but held off on choosing an item.
After seeing it was transmog, I grabbed ring and it transmuted into courage.
I transmuted many items in 1-2 including the blood drum, typically used for shop digs, because I wanted items to support the ring of courage, and I got them (spear is one of the best weapons for cadence courage, and boots of strength are part of the way to the 3 damage dupe dream).
Tons of bombs made shovel for shop walls not a concern, so I killed 2-1 without shop dig.
Did casual dupes where possible on the beefy war shrine enemies, while trying to balance out the likelihood of timing out the song.
I hoarded cookies in my item slot with the intention of using cookie heal beats to prevent dying to damage while duping on a bouncetrap.
4-3 risky play - going down to half a heart knowing I could restore with peace shrine if I made it there, worked out.
Awareness of secret shop checklist let me know that conjurer was still in 5-3, my best way to get 3 damage was to go for a damage increase there, and having seen all 3 space shrine shovels it seemed likely that I could get strength shovel early, got it first try.
Put 13 of the leprechaun's piles on a bounce trap, not perfect but very good ad hoc setup.
Killed too many enemies in the early 5-3 so I had to wrangle mages and evil eyes.
No subbeat mistakes on dupes (this will not be present in the replay, which always does the wrong subbeat for dupes, and will lose out on all the duped leprechaun gold)
Survived end bosses with 3x multiplier, for full end game gold and 30k+ run overall.
