DAL295 KATL - RJTT Timelapse (B744) - Prepar3D
3First timelapse video on the PMDG Boeing 747. I flew from KATL to RJTT in the PMDG Boeing 747-400 with the Delta Air Lines livery. They retired their 747s years ago, but I felt like flying it. I also did my second LDA approach I have ever done.
You may have noticed some things:
While setting up the runways I was going to use, I first selected the departure runway to 26L. That is because at KATL the departure/arrival runways used determines where the aircraft will fly to and where they (will) park. Aircraft flying to/from the north/west use the 2 north runways while aircraft flying to/from the south/east use the 2 south runways. However, where I was parked (gate F5), the closest departure runway was runway 27R and I was also in a hurry to get to school, so during pushback I set the departure runway to runway 27R.
I didn't really do anything about the fuel despite the fuel warnings on the EICAS. There was more fuel in the inner main tanks than the outer main tanks, and I had my X feeds on, so engines 1 and 4 still received fuel from the inner tanks when there was no more fuel in the outer tanks.
