After a brief run in at Skullport with the Zhentarim, the party saught immeidate shelter. Ronan, knowing of his oath and his orders remembered a contact in Skullport, the Dragonborn. Both the Harpers & Zhentarim warned the group to immediately leave Skullport, but for different reasons.

Heading off to Azroks Fort the party had their ID's PAINFULLY taken before being taken before Azrok - a blind hobgoblin - and his wife who run the area. After quick service the party were taken aside to be told of a missing dagger. They were also asked about the archway gate.

The group opened the gate and in doing so walked through. Feeling no ill effect the party were extatic.. before the Slaad attacked. After fighting them off the party took a walk and in taking in their new environment, unknown to where they actually are they came across 2 large insectoid looking things.

The combat was to the wire but the group came out victorious - in victory there was relief before a booming voice came over the air:

"WHAT!?"
