Two of the Lords of Chaos still live, Duke Christofarus champion of Nurgle has launched a counter-strike against us. Allied with the foul vermin known as the Skaven, they have unleashed a deadly disease that now ravages the kingdoms of men, dwarf, and elf alike. But there is a way to stop it. With a sample of the Champion of Nurgle’s blood, the imperial arcanists believe a cure can be created. Thanks to the information gathered in the Castle of Mystery, and through the power of the Talisman of Lore, we have determined his location to be The Barrow of the Witch Lord! Yes, the same site that Chaos believes The Resurrection of Darkness will take place at! It can be no mere coincidence. Heroes, go forth and destroy the foul abomination Duke Christofarus and learn what you can of that evil place.
