Here it is, y'all! A contemporary fix to get Dangerous Waters running on Windows 8 and Windows 10. I did not make this fix; credit for that goes to Komat of the SUBSIM.com forums.

There's both a v0.1 of this and a v0.2 of this. I know for certain that v0.1 works for Windows 8 and I know for certain that v0.2 works for Windows 10. I know v0.1 won't work for Windows 10, but I don't know if v0.2 will work for Windows 8
