Dark Grim Mariupolis is a game that is hard to forget and I'd be lying if I said it didn't make quite the impression as a unique game, even among the fast number of Indie titles out there on the Nintendo Switch. However, while games like Grizzland and Toridama Brave Challenge make me want to play them again and again, Dark Grim Mariupolis makes me really wish the eShop let reviewers like myself write the game descriptions, instead of the game's own marketing representative. Slow, cryptic, nihilistic, dark, depressing, and obtuse were some words that likely should have been included.
