I somehow managed to do all the non-Lloyd and non-Zelos arena solos on hard. That took years off my life.

Before doing this, use a Rune Bottle to transform your Reflect Ring into a Force Ring. Also, you might get Overlimit, so try to have some Mystic Arte conditions fulfilled.

[ 0:23 ] Sheena Advanced Solo (Hard)

She's definitely one of the tougher ones to solo. Her Pyre Seal is a good way to keep the first round duo under control. The second round isn't too bad either. The third round is harder because of her lack of aerial skills. The fourth round can be cheesed with Cyclone Seal. The fifth round is hell because of her terrible range and requires you to wait for the Dragon Knight to fly.

[ 15:43 ] Colette Advanced Solo (Hard)

I changed to passives to give her Life Thief and Spirit Thief, allowing her to sustain herself with Torrential Para Ball. However, she'll struggle against enemies that can outrange her Para Balls or can fly. For the flying Drake, use Pow Hammer to knock them out of the sky. For the Dragon Knight, you'll have to wait for them to fly and get under them. If you're fast enough, Colette should be able to get two Torrential Para Balls in before the enemy can fully turn around

[ 25:43 ] Genis Advanced Solo (Hard)

Even with concentrate, the enemies can out DPS Genis. For the first round, equip him with Force Ring and have him cast Prism Sword. In the second round, equip Aqua Cape and cast Thunder Blade. In the third round, equip Thunder Cape and use Prism Sword. In the fourth round, equip Aqua Cape and spam Spiral Flare or Flame Lance. In the fifth round (Force Ring), Meteor Storm is very effective due to the enemy's sheer size.

If she has enough defense and HP, along with the appropriate accessories, she can heal with First Aid faster than most enemies can damage her. I managed to get her to use Sacred Light/Shine twice due to the battle of attrition.
