Dark Parables: Goldilocks and the Fallen Star (Part 2): Bear Mechanic and Queen Valla's Speech
9Part 2 of 6, of a video walkthrough for Dark Parables: Goldilocks and the Fallen Star. In this video, Michael and Rosie arrive at the gates of the castle just in time to save an old friend—Jack—from a brutal Golden Bear attack! Jack destroys the machine and leaves, saying he's going to steal the Fallen Star for himself. Not cool, Jack. Not cool.
As it turns out, the artifact we have is half of the Fallen Star, which will grant any wish possible. Queen Valla knows more, but she won't leave the palace until we repair the bear automaton that Jack just broke. We have to solve many puzzles to make a new mechanical heart.
The Queen gives a speech. Things take a dark turn, when Valla commands Leda to use her Golden Touch on the people of Barsia, transforming them into a literal golden army. Chaos erupts as everyone is turned into gold. We escape through the gates.
We scale the castle walls to get inside the palace, hoping to find Leda or Valla.
